One of my best friends Alissa Allen. Isn't she is absolutely gorgeous? (and was Homecoming Queen in High School who married her High School Sweetheart) So sweet! These pics are from her wedding I did, brace yourselves......10 years ago!!!! She is still happily married and her and Curtis just celebrated their 10 year in June. Congrats you two! So here is Proof that I've been doing this for a loooooong time....and even though they are a little dated.....I love them!!!

Here are some pics from a recent wedding I did Saturday. This was a fun group of girls and everyone opted for more dramatic looks. We went with grey tones....the girls all wore black. The brides makeup was much lighter (more browns and pinks) when we did her initial consultation, but she decided she wanted a look more like what I'd done for her bridesmaids and so we changed it up that day. It was fun and I did it in just under 3 hours and I had plenty of time to do some touch ups and take some pics too, so I'm very pleased with that! My camera isn't great with capturing the looks very well....but here's an idea of how some fo them turned out. Good times! :)

This was a documentary film that I worked on and was asked to do "Natural" makeup on the 6 people featured and interviewed in the film. There were some really great people that I got to work with and get to know a little bit. This was also the first time I worked on men. What an experience! The man in the first pics actually has a severe case of Rosacia and we successfully concealed the redness. Can't tell at all! That felt really good! I know he really appreciated it and it boosted his confidence significantly regarding being on film. This was a fun and really looooong day!

My friend Julie Ellington in AZ. We did this for fun. Just a little "Mom Makeover". Keeping it more natural and everyday Momma glam. She is a beautiful girl! We wished we'd had her hair done too for a more dramatic before and after. You'll just have to use the imagination!
